What you get working here
Training from day one
Full training on the game floor, the card system, Quest Arena and the karaoke booths. No experience with arcade tech needed.
Flexible shifts
Weekday, evening, weekend and school holiday shifts. Tell us your availability and we will build around it where we can.
A team, not a queue
Small crews per shift, a host for every party and a supervisor on the floor. You will never be left running a section alone.
Room to move
Cross-train across the floor, the party rooms, F&B and guest services, and step up to supervisor as the venue grows.
Roles at HiParty Box Hill
We recruit across the areas below throughout the year. Even when nothing is advertised, we keep résumés on file and get in touch when a shift opens up.
Game floor host
Keep the arcade floor running — card top-ups, cabinet resets, prize counter and helping guests find the right game.
Party host
Run birthday parties and group events from arrival to cake, keeping the schedule moving so parents can relax.
Food & beverage
Prepare and serve the party menu and drinks, and keep the F&B area clean and stocked through busy sessions.
Karaoke & AV
Turn the booths over between sessions, look after microphones and audio, and sort out anything that stops the music.
Guest services
Front counter, bookings, enquiries and memberships — the first face guests see and the one who fixes things.
Quest Arena operator
Brief each group, run the mixed-reality sessions and reset the arena between rounds.

Let us know if you hold a current Working with Children Check, RSA or food handling certificate. Not all roles need them, and we will tell you which do.
