We are at SKY SQUARE L101, 519-521 Station St, Box Hill VIC 3128, a few minutes from Box Hill train station. We open seven days a week; current trading hours are listed on the home page and on Google Maps.

Please arrive 15 minutes before ColourGrid, VR Laser Tag, karaoke and party bookings. This gives our hosts time to check you in, explain the activity and start your session on time.

Arcade games are pay-per-play using a rechargeable HiParty card. ColourGrid and VR Laser Tag are sold as timed sessions per player. Karaoke booths are charged per room, per hour. Party packages bundle activities, food and drinks at a flat per-guest price.

Top up a HiParty card, tap to play arcade machines and collect ticket balances from redemption games. Card balances do not expire, tickets can be exchanged at the prize counter and neither card credit nor tickets can be redeemed for cash.

Yes. We host birthdays for kids, teens and adults. Arcade and ColourGrid activities suit most children from age 5 and up, while VR Laser Tag is recommended for ages 8 and up because of headset fit and movement. Children should be supervised by a responsible adult.

Some activities involve movement, flashing visuals or VR equipment. VR Laser Tag and selected rides may not suit guests who are pregnant or who have heart, neck, back, epilepsy, motion-sickness or vestibular conditions. Our team can recommend another activity if needed.

We have food and beverages on-site, including snacks, mains, soft drinks and shareable platters. Party and karaoke bookings can include drinks options. Outside alcohol is not permitted; for cakes, allergies or dietary requests, please tell us before your booking.

Yes. We host corporate team nights, school holiday programs, private celebrations and full venue takeovers. Send your group size, preferred date, activity mix and any catering needs, and we will prepare a tailored option.

Wear comfortable clothing and closed, secure shoes for active games. Avoid loose items during VR and motion activities. Bring only what you need; you remain responsible for personal belongings while on the premises.

Bookings can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit and no-shows are charged in full. If HiParty cancels because of equipment failure or events outside our reasonable control, we will offer a reschedule or refund for the affected booking.
